Submit your Sub-theme Proposal


Please note:

  • Before submitting your sub-theme proposal, please have a look at the “Guidelines and criteria for online submission of SUB-THEME PROPOSALS for EGOS Colloquia”

  • If you have neither been an EGOS member before, nor a registered user, nor ever uploaded a short paper or a sub-theme proposal for a previous EGOS Colloquium, you first of all have to register as EGOS member. Payment of the EGOS membership fees (i.e. becoming an active EGOS member) is not necessary to submit your proposal!

  • Start: Friday, September 26, 2025

  • End:   Thursday, December 4, 2025, 23:59:59 CET
