The deadline for submission of short papers for the 42^nd EGOS online Colloquium 2026 hosted by the University of Bergamo is Wednesday, January 7, 2026, 12:00 CET.
Please comply with the Guidelines and Criteria for the Submission of Short Papers at EGOS Colloquia.
The convenors of the sub-theme to which you have submitted your short paper will let you know by end of February 2026 whether your short paper is accepted or rejected.
If your short paper is accepted, you are expected to submit a full paper version (approx. 20–25 pages) by June 15, 2026 at the latest – which you [and/or your co-author/s] will then present in your sub-theme during the EGOS online Colloquium 2026.
You can only submit one paper to one sub-theme (i.e., main authorship).
You can be listed as co-author in a maximum of two additional papers.
By participating in the EGOS Colloquium, you commit to attending all sessions of the sub-theme in which your submission (as main-author) was accepted!
One submission = One sub-theme; No sub-theme hopping!
